Trivia & History

Closed in Washington, D. C., canceling a Broadway opening tentatively scheduled for Nov. 28, 1971, at the Broadway Theatre. New York magazine reported that it was to open at the Broadhurst but that seems to have been an error as Variety consistently reported that it would open at the Broadway over the course of several months in the paper's weekly list of upcoming Broadway openings.
