Closed in Washington, D. C., canceling a Broadway opening tentatively scheduled for Nov. 28, 1971, at the Broadway Theatre. New York magazine reported that it was to open at the Broadhurst but that seems to have been an error as Variety consistently reported that it would open at the Broadway over the course of several months in the paper's weekly list of upcoming Broadway openings.

The list of musical numbers on the production page comes from a program for the San Francisco run. Changes to the list of musical numbers were made in Los Angeles, and further changes were made in Washington, D.C.

In addition, changes were likely made during the runs in each city, and those changes may not have been not reflected in programs until the next city.
