During the tour, Richard Kim Milford and Damon Evans switched roles, and it may be that during the tour they went back and forth regularly. Judy Kaye replaced Holly Lipton as Mary Magdalene during the tour. Reports from the time suggest that replacements and understudies went on regularly.
