Trivia & History

Some sources state that the tour closed in August 1981, but it closed on September 20, 1981. The video was shot near the end of the run at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles.

According to an article published in the New York Times on June 27, 1982, the video "was shot over a period of six days: four days without an audience and two nights with an audience. Only about one percent of the footage with an audience was used, primarly shots of the proscenium, the curtain going up and the audience applauding."
