Trivia & History

No one was credited as director when the show opened on Broadway. Jerome Chodorov had been credited when the show opened out of town, but not on Broadway. His credit appears on the LP jacket for the cast recording, but those were often printed several weeks before the Broadway opening.

During the tryout, Cy Feuer came in to work on the show as director or co-director, but he also was not credited.
