Some sources, including The Best Plays of 1922-1923, list Flo Irwin as a member of the original cast. Some sources list Bertha Creighton as her replacement. But as far as we can tell, what happened is that Creighton replaced Irwin just before opening night on Broadway, so late that Irwin was still listed in the program, and Creighton was perhaps listed in an insert or perhaps just in an announcement from the stage or on a sign in the lobby.
The reason for our supposition is that the review in the New York Times listed Irwin in the cast list, but in the body of the review, Creighton was mentioned as having performed the role for which Irwin is listed in some sources.
