Trivia & History

Released in Columbia's JUV series, this is a completely different recording especially marketed for children. This one is narrated by Nana. Like the other recording, it has a good deal of dialogue, but it's shorter than the other recording (only about 22 minutes altogether), it was never issued in LP form. We think it was issued as four 10-inch 78s. None of the songs is included, but since it was related to the Broadway production and uses the cast of the production, it merits inclusion.
