Trivia & History

The original issue of this record was on the Capitol red label series and was also issued in New Zealand with the same number. The rarest issue of this album is one which Johnny Mercer himself had pressed by Capitol in the 1960's. It Was not a commercial issue but a private one pressed on Capitol's black label with the rainbow edge. There was no cover printed as so few pressings were made. A copy of this pressing is worth much more than the original on the collector's market.
