According to an online Playbill article, posted on September 2, 2011, the casting notices for the Alley Theatre production also stated that "Broadway rehearsals will begin in March for a late March/Early April opening." The article also speaks with composer DiPetrio who hinted that a transfer of the Alley production was highly likely.
