For our cast list, our primary source is the cast list in the film's opening credits. We used that order and we used the character names listed there, incuding the spelling of Elly (whose name is ususally spelled Ellie in stage productions). The last actor and character credited in that opening sequence is Clarence Muse as the Janitor. Credits on our list after that one come from sources other than the film itself. Among those sources is the Rodgers and Hammerstein Fact Book.
