Although some press reports mentioned that the production was “Broadway bound” or listed among the Broadway tryouts that played on the summer-stock circuit in 1973, we have found no dates, theatres or even producers being mentioned in any report. While the authors and perhaps the star-and-director may have hoped that the tour would bring about some serious interest in a Broadway production, we list this as a summer-stock tour rather than a pre-Broadway tryout tour.
