Taking up the entire block between 43rd and 44th Streets, the venue mainly housed spectacles. The stage was 100 feet deep and over 200 feet long.
It became a vaudeville theatre in 1923. In 1925, RKO bought the property and it became a cinema. They sold it in 1929. It closed in 1932 and reopened in 1933. It closed for good in 1936 and was demolished three years later.
