"High Hat", "'S Wonderful" and "Tell the Doc" found on the original London cast recordings all contain additional lyrics not used in the New York production. There is no evidence these lyrics were written by Ira Gershwin.
A 1957 movie of the same name (also starring Fred Astaire) used some of the music but had a completely different plot. Because of the fact that it used a different plot, it is not included in this site.
The 1983 musical My One and Only was originally meant to be a revival of Funny Face.
When My One and Only was written the authors of that show convinced the Gershwin estate to freeze the rights to Funny Face. That's why there are very few productions of Funny Face. Anyone wanting to do Funny Face needs to get special permission from the estate and the authors of My One and Only.
