Revived off-Broadway, 15 Jun 1964, 41st Street Theatre, 40 performances. This revival was a one-woman show and was retitled All By Myself. The 1964 revival, ALL BY MYSELF, is not listed separately as all of the material was selected from the 'Used' and 'Additional material' for this show.
Anna Russell toured extensively with her one-woman show prior to this Broadway appearance as well as after. Before her Broadway engagement she played Town Hall in New York where her first two albums were recorded. For her tours, the program would list her complete repertoire with the following statement: 'The program you are about to hear will be selected from Miss Russell's repertoire which you will find listed below'. Performances varied nightly and all of her material, in addition to the selections used during her Broadway run, will be found listed as 'Additional material'.
