Trivia & History
Seems to have originally been issued on Diplomat. Reissued on several labels, but not always in complete form. At least one issue was an EP with two selections on each side, while one LP reissue had five selections from this recording on one side, with selections from South Pacific on the other side. Some of the later issues used pseudonyms for the performers. For example, the Spinorama issue credits William Reynolds and Dolores Martin instead of Edgar Powell and Gretchen Rhoads.These 'supermarket' records were often issued using pseudonyms so that the paying of royalties to the singers could be avoided.
