Trivia & History

This album contains some dialogue including a monologue of the KIng's on track listed as "So Big a World" (the first words of the monologue), which includes underscoring, as well as much of the final scene (listed as "Finale"), which also includes undesrcoring. This was the first commercial recording to include "Children Sing, Priests Chant," "The Royal Bangkok Academy," the reprise of "A Puzzlement," the Act One Finale (aka "Prayer to Buddah"), and "Dance of Anna and Sir Edward."
