Trivia & History

The 1997 Broadway Angel CD issue maintains the track order of the original LP, with "So Long, Farewell" out of show order, between "The Lonely Goatherd" and "How Can Love Survive?" On the LP, "So Long, Farewell" was the last track on the first side.

In 1995, Laserlight released a CD issue of the recording containing only 11 of the 17 tracks.
