Trivia & History
The original issue was released in mono only although it was recorded in true stereo. When it came time for the first reissue it is obvious the stereo master could not be found as it came out in 'electronically re-channelled' stereo. This second reissue is in true stereo but is missing the Overture and 'To the Inn We're Marching'.
