For unknown reasons only two orchestrators were credited for this return engagement — Ted Royal and Hans Spialek — whereas three orchestrators — Royal, Spialek and Phil Lang — were credited for the original run. We don't know if this was for some contractual reason, or if perhaps the original orchestrations were adapted for the tour that directly preceded this return engagement, with Lang's contributions replaced by Royal or Spialek, and those tour orchestrations were used for this engagement.
