The top ticket prices for the production was $4.95, while the lowest-priced seats, in the rear of the second balcony, were $1.95. This was true for all performances except the one preview, which was priced from a high of $3.95 to a low of $1.00.


In this production, the actress who played Laurey, Susan Watson, also danced the role of Laurey in the "Laurey Makes Up Her Mind" ballet. This may have been a first in a major professional production of the show. It's perhaps somewhat surprising that relatively few of the critics commented on this.
