The program credited Patricia L. Paige with "Co-Musical Staging." Since there was no one else credited with musical mtaging, we think that it was meant to be understood that the director, Davis Hall, also worked on the musical staging and so we have credited them both with the musical staging.
There was a list of musical numbers in the program, but specific characters were not listed as performing them.
Previews started on March 27, 1992. The opening was either April 2 or April 4. A review appeared in the New York Times on April 8. The number of performances is given as 45 or 46 in different sources, but those numbers seems a bit questionable given that the production played six performances a week (Wednesday through Saturday evenings, with matinees on Wednesday and Sunday), according to the listing in the issue of New York Magazine dated April 13, 1992. Even if previews are included in the number, it would still seem too high. If the schedule in New York Magazine is correct, the production should have played a total of 39 performances, including previews.
