At some point during the run, the characters who were originally listed as "Prostitutes" in the playbill were rechristened "Saloon Girls."
According to some sources, the song "Colorado, My Home" was in the show on opening night on Broadway and was cut shortly thereafter. It may be that the song was listed in the opening-night playbill's list of musical numbers but that it had already been cut. In any case, it was apparently gone by the time that the cast recording was made 10 days later. It was later restored in some productions.
