Notes
When Anthony Teague died, it seems not to have been reported anywhere. It was not even reported in Variety nor was he in the necrology in the next issue of Best Plays. He had acted for several seasons in the mid-1970s with American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco, but we cannot find any obituares for him in area newspapers.
Both California (but no specific city) and Ashland, Oregon have been reported as the location where he died.
