Synopsis

Taken from Wikipedia:

Set in Monterey, California, the musical tells the story of the romance between Doc, a marine biologist, and Suzy, a prostitute.

Trivia & History

In an October 1988 Associated Press article about the Rodgers and Hammerstein Organization, it was reported that the organization's president, Ted Chapin, had an idea for a television production of Pipe Dream that would star the Muppets, with Miss Piggy playing the role created by Helen Traubel (Fauna).
