The first musical number after the overture seems to be titled "This Is the Establishment," but it may not have been listed in the playbill. We have never come across a reference to it so we have no definite title. There are also several mini-reprises that we have not listed (as they were probably not in the playbill) and even a short sort of "pre-prise" of "Dear World" with completely different lyrics not featuring the title phrase.
