Trivia & History

After playing full week and multi-week engagements from August 1982 through mid-February, the production moved to split-week runs. The tour had been announced for a run of two years that would play in 100 cities, but it closed after a bit less than nine months. This did, however, make it more successful than the first two tours that went out, which both proved major box-office disappointments.
