Trivia & History

The tour was supposed to run two weeks in Philadelphia, but it shut down permanently after one week there, canceling a -one-week run at the Nixon in Pittsburgh that was scheduled to start on February 5, 1934. It was announced to the press that the extremely large company of 125 was making touring the show prohibitively expense.
