Trivia & History

  • Not recorded till April 1993.
  • Originally issued on one 74-minute CD. Later issued with some additional material (some dialogue, along with curtain call and exit music) on two CDs.
  • It was originally announced that the two CDs would include music from the original version, including songs cut before the opening of the original production. We don't know much if much of that material was actually recorded. The only track that was ever issued was the cut song "Honey," on a CD titled The Musicality of Sondheim.
